We had a very positive experience with Always Construction Services. We hired Always Construction Services to paint the interior of our new home. We were under a very tight timeline to paint our house. Julian was very accommodating to our needs as well as the lowest bidder! I was especially impressed that at the final punch list â walk throughâ Julian was pointing out issues that needed â touching upâ that I missed. His keen eye was much appreciated. He arranged for a crew to fix these minor issues the next day. He called about a week after the work was completed to make sure we were 100% satisfied. This was very much appreciated. I also want to mention that the head painter, Johnny was extremely conscientious and meticulous in his work. A real craftsman. You donâ t often see this type of effort. I was very impressed with Johnny. I recommend Always Construction Services. I will certainly hire them again.

Great communication from Julian who was super helpful about the walls I asked him to paint and also other projects I am taking on as well. Always available for questions and was great to work with. I d definitely recommend him and his crew. They came back and did a few touch ups I had as well to make it perfect.

Julian is extremely reliable, provides excellent customer service and personally supervises his jobs. We needed the interior of our vacation condo painted to prepare it for sale. This also included refreshing the wood baseboards and covering watermarks on the viga ceiling. The exteria stucco and the front door also needed touch up. Julian provided a thorough estimate and was able to explain how he could correct the ceiling situation. The other contractor we interviewed told us it would not be possible. The team assigned to the job did a great job and were very careful and respectful of the property. Once completed, Julian did a walk through with us and took note of some followup work that was needed. He treats your property like it was his own, ensuring that you get the outcome you want at the highest level of quality. As others have noted, he goes above and beyond. I recommend Always Construction without reservation, and look forward to doing future projects with Julian and his team.

We had a large project spanning a two week period with a substantial size ranging daily from 7-10 people. They were courteous and very good at leaving the work site cleaned up each night which was very much appreciated. We were so satisfied with their work that on their last day we prepared a sit down BBQ Rib feast with corn on the cob and homemade apple pie from our fruit trees!

The workers were pleasant, easy to work with, and aware of our needs and schedules. If we found an item that they did miss, we had only to point out the oversight and it was fixed â€" all within the original price. As the job neared completion, they gave a temporary walk through and together we found more things that needed attention. Done the next day! Having your home painted inside is a very disruptive operation. Always Construction made the operation about as smooth and professional as anyone could have. Good job!
