  • What should I look for when hiring a painting contractor?

    Licensed, bonded, insured, rating and reviews, B.B.B., Google reviews, and Homeadvisor.

  • How do I know you are licensed and insured?

    Our license is displayed on our quotes. We'll provide work comp, general liability upon request.

  • Do you have references?

    We have many references and are always happy to provide.

  • Can I leave my home while your painting crew works?

    By all means, our crew members are honest, self-sufficient and background checks are always required.

  • Do you have examples of work you've completed?

    Please see the website gallery and or we can arrange a current project to view.

  • What kind of paint do you use?

    Dunn Edwards, Sherwin Williams, Behr - to just name a few.

  • Do you offer a warranty?

    1 year on all work, unless stucco or roofing is involved. Minimum 5-year warranties are available.

  • What is the best season to paint?

    Spring, Summer, Fall.

  • Who will be there to answer my questions or to address any concerns I may have throughout the project?

    I, Julian J. Moreno, am always available to consult at any time.

  • What can I do to make the project go more smoothly?

    Depending whether its interior or exterior we can always answer questions.

  • Do you charge for estimates?

    All estimates and consultations are free of charge unless otherwise clearly noted.

  • How do you determine the amount you will charge for my painting project?

    All estimates are quoted then a proposal will follow as soon as possible.

  • What do we do if you find dry rot?

    We can replace any wood as needed. Carpenters are always available and part of our staff.

  • How long will it take to paint my house?

    On average, a week or so, depending on the size.

  • How will my personal property be protected from paint?

    Masked, tarped, and or covered as needed.

  • What hours do your crews work?

    Monday thru Saturday 7:00AM to 5:00PM

  • What are different paint sheens?

    Flat, Eggshell, Satin, SemiGloss, Gloss

  • What are the advantages/disadvantages of flat and lower sheen paints?

    Flat paint conceals imperfections better. Sheen paints have better washability.

  • What are the advantages/disadvantages of higher sheen paints?

    Better washability.

  • When do I pay you?

    ½ down, final upon completion.

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    Credit cards, cash, checks.
